Job Description

As a Digital Engineering Lead joining our technology practice you will take a key role within our Digital Transformation offering, contributing toward advisory, design and development of next generation platforms and solutions.ÿAs a Consulting Engineering lead, you will join a team of diverse, broad-thinking, polyglot technologists whose mission is to build product, advisory and engineering capabilities within consulting organization that specializes in Digital Business Transformation (DBT).Your Impact:ÿ

  • Engage in a consulting/advisory role providing executive level leadership around technology and overall CxO level support for digital strategy.ÿ
  • Support clients in understanding the context of their solution in the broader digital ecosystem and communicate complex technical information in non-technical terms.ÿ
  • Collaborate with clients to dissect complex problems and translate business requirements into technical solution designs, which may include contextual, conceptual, logical & physical views of the architecture.ÿ
  • Determine feasibility / viability of solution proposals, evaluate build vs buy decisions, assess vendor solutions and create analysis of alternative.ÿ
  • Design integration with existing / potential assets within client?s technology landscape as well as external solutions.ÿ
  • Perform solution architecture/design/solution reviews of existing systems or in-flight projects and communicate the findings of the review back to stakeholders.ÿ
  • Coordinate with teams from different verticals to ensure customer solutions are designed and implemented according to a set of guidelines and best practices.ÿ
  • Collaborate with other members of the engineering / architecture domain to align with the evolving state of enterprise architecture.ÿ
  • Construct high level budgets and cross-functional roadmaps.ÿ
  • Act in the capacity of coach or mentor to junior staff, enabling them to develop their knowledge and solution architecture skills.ÿ
