We are tasked with assuming direct responsibility for organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Senior Manager in Hong Kong. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals involving real estate assets, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support through exposure to working with lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed and urgent situations. Apply now to joinOne team, One Kroll.Responsibilities:* Leading high-profile receivership, insolvency, restructuring and advisory assignments in the real estate and construction sectors involving complex cross-border matters * Conducting valuation and accounting investigation for real estate and construction restructuring, insolvency and advisory work * Managing investment properties and property development businesses * Reviewing and investigating stressed and distressed real estate and construction businesses * Developing and reviewing complex financial models, development appraisals and scenario analyses * Compiling highly technical and detailed reports for courts, borrowers, lenders, investors and stakeholders * Analysing complex legal documents and deal structures * Collaborating with internal teams to build and develop potential and current client relationships * Liaising and working closely with external parties including lawyers, construction professionals, security agents and estate agents * Promoting business and services of Kroll by hosting and attending marketing events, seminars and presentations * Providing guidance, motivation, mentoring and assistance to team members, assisting them with training and progression in Kroll and undertaking performance appraisals as required * Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the job and Kroll as a whole * Be willing to travel as required for work assignmentsRequirements:* Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience from Financial Services serving the Real Estate and Construction Industries or in Real Estate and Construction related fields * Candidates coming directly from a Real Estate and Construction background such as Commercial Managers will also be considered * Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Accounting or Finance or any related fields * Qualified real estate or construction professional, CFA, CA and/or CPA qualification * Conscientious with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment * Demonstrated experience with managing day to day client relationships and projects * Good business sense and commercial acumen * Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems * Strong financial, business analytical and reporting skills; and excellent communication skills in (written and spoken) English and Mandarin * Proficiency in MS Office, Argus and excellent user of MS Excel In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.#efin #LI-JL1
