Job Description

Our client, the fastest-growing and largest outdoor shopping center developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Manager - Property Management to join their dynamic team.If you have extensive experience in property management and are eager to take on a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding organization, we?d love to hear from you!

  • Oversee all mall operations, including property management, tenant relations, customer service, and contract services (facility management, cleaning, security, and maintenance).
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality standards, creating a supportive environment for retailers and a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Coordinate the mall team and contractor staff to manage maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, waste management, administration, and customer service.
  • Conduct tenant orientation on emergency procedures, communication systems, and security protocols.
u Maintain strong relationships with municipal emergency services such as Police and Civil Defence.
  • Identify and report any health and safety risks affecting employees, contractors, and the public.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with operational standards (appearance, merchandise, trading hours, waste removal, signage) through audits and surprise visits; address non-compliance as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to mall operating policies, procedures, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
  • Provide daily reports on vehicular traffic and other issues, with a weekly summary for management.
  • Implement cost-cutting measures and improve efficiencies across operations.
  • Conduct daily checks and preventive maintenance on cleanliness, air conditioning, lighting, assets, and equipment, and manage security for all mall areas.
  • Supervise and mentor the Mall Operations team.
  • Liaise with the retail delivery manager to ensure timely completion of surrenders and handovers.
  • Review service provider performance monthly and provide regular reporting..
