Job Description

This role is responsible and accountable for the overall management of FII-Is project development and program activities across the organization. In addition, this role will also be directly responsible for the management and implementation of the initiatives taken-up by the institute. This role requires a dual focus of project and program management whilst managing multiple individual projects to achieve one bigger, overarching goal. When these different projects are all dependent on one another, it can be a challenge to keep them organized. The program management enables the ability to oversee and achieve larger organizational goals.This role is key to manage the coordinated efforts between different projects and lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. This requires a highly skilled, dynamic professional who will help the organization stay on schedule, on spec, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth. This role is the critical primary liaison between their assigned regions/markets and the cross-functional teams that implement product initiatives. This role requires you to lead the cross-functional team, act as project manager for the team and is responsible for managing the successful rollout and maintenance of all products, devices and tools to their assigned regions.Job Duties

• In this role you will be required to ensure effective project planning and execution via greater alignment with FII-Is strategies and goals.
• Regularly monitor and review project activities to ensure quality, compliance and timely reporting.
• Together with the Department Managers, ensure responsibility for project planning, timelines and effort estimation, lead the planning requirements, and provide a high level of support to these project activities.
• Required to provide timely, effective communication/coordination during the strategy, planning and execution phases of product work.
• Have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Identify aspects of the project which need other department intervention and ensure the completion of the tasks accordingly by working alongside as required with peer departments
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors and ensure that the requirements are met and support to get the results as per the expectations within the set timelines.
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
