Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned downtime and reducing unplanned downtime.
Manage the supervisors? performance to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electromechanical systems are undertaken.
Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Plan all repair and installation activities in coordination with maintenance supervisors.
Evaluate outsource maintenance company and issue an evaluation report in monthly/quarterly report to Maintenance Manager.
Produce a machines report for Maintenance Manger as required ?
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Review daily progress reports and maintenance logs issued from maintenance supervisors and technicians.
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.).
Review a normal maintenance schedule, emergency scheduling, preventive maintenance lists, preventive maintenance schedule and technical reports.
Prepare a KPI for the supervisors and maintenance team.
Follow up with all repair tickets and ensure proper execution in a timely matter
