The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the companys operations, including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor or LLM from a US university and extensive experience in commercial and corporate contract law.Client DetailsOne of the Kingdoms fastest growing entities, currently expanding operations globally.DescriptionDraft and review a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts, including sales agreements, distribution agreements, vendor contracts, and employment agreements.Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Conduct legal research and provide advice and guidance to the companys management team on legal issues and risks.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments that may affect the companys operations. Manage external counsel and legal vendors as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to provide legal support for various business initiatives.Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.Profile* Juris Doctor or LLM from a US university.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial and corporate contract law, including drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risks, and regulatory compliance.Familiarity with Saudi Arabias legal system and laws is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
