As the Senior Manager, you will provide strategic legal advice to the Development Project on all aspects of Construction Law.Client DetailsOne of the leading Development Projects in Saudi Arabia.DescriptionDraft, review, and negotiate back-end and front-end construction contracts and related documents.Provide legal counsel to the CEO, the Board and internal stakeholders.Coordinate with builders, architects, contractors, subcontractors and engineers to ensure all documents created are in-line with company policy and local regulation.Ensure all stages of due diligence are completed thoroughly.Mitigate the Development Projects legal and reputational risks locally and globally.Liaise with local authorities to process planning approvals and permissions.Manage internal legal function and mentor the wider legal team.Profile8+ years of experience in an in-house role or in private practiceCommon Law QualifiedCurrently working as a Legal Counsel at a property developer or construction firm.Must have pure construction law experience.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.Arabic Speaker will be a plus.Job OfferCompetitive, tax-free salary and incentive structure.Opportunity to contribute directly to a leading project in the region. .Dynamic, exciting environment with a focus on expansion.
