Your Role: Leading the legal and compliance department for the region you would provide overall direction, guidelines for organizational strategy. You will manage relationships with key executives, business partners, and stakeholders: Managing Legal and compliance department, translates into relevant legal topics, directs resources to address legal issues and needs. Coordinating with legal staff; gets staff input to make a legal priority and trade-off decisions. Assisting with legal aspects of sales and procurement contracts: revises/monitors disclaimer, terms, and conditions on forms, invoices. Proven ability to negotiate and draft commercial contracts. Drafting large commercial contracts with third parties and/or suppliers. Development and production of formal legal and regulatory-related documentation (e.g. customer agreements, legal opinions, policy documents, procedures, business communications, etc.)
