  • Manage existing and new Strategic Accounts to achieve AOP targets
  • Develop New Strategic Accounts. Manage end to end from brand/seller onboarding to retention.
  • Manage day-to-day business of Key Retailers and brands.
  • Generate and maintains sales forecasts, break down at Sub-Category level and manage inventory flows, based on demand forecasts.
  • Bring relevant selections as per customer and platform mandates
  • Ensure brand adjacencies, visibilities, manage onsite expectations, PIM, content support, pricing and ensure proper category displays
  • Works all levers to generate robust conversions
  • Interacts regularly with all strategic accounts on a daily, weekly, monthly cadence
  • Strong numerical ability. Manage large data sets, analyse it and present in a structured format to make quick and efficient decision making.
  • Able to communicate with top management (C-suites) effectively (both written and verbal)
  • Lead and manage team efficiently
  • Develop talent within the team by provides guidance beat targets
MIN REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ yrs of work experience in large Online/offline retailers
  • 4+ years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle categories is a must.
  • Strong academic credentials, Fashion Graduates, Engineers or MBAs preferred
  • Understanding of regional (Middle East) tastes, preferences, culture and dynamics will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with Middle East experience will preferred
  • A hands on numbers, with deep cross-functional understanding of Ecommerce metrices.
  • Good at problem solving, structuring and execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very proactive/ hands on with strong ownership mentality to take on tasks and provide solutions
