Achieve creative, effective and cost-efficient design solutions throughout the design process that align with TRSDC?s corporate pillars.
Utilize technology to enhance both the guest experience and operational efficiencies enabling Smart communities
Build & maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with a diverse team, both internal and external.
Liaise with and assist in managing Hotel Operator?s Technical Design Team.
Assist in managing the consultant teams ensuring the design brief is executed and delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
Review shop drawings, bespoke items, sample rooms, finishes, etc. considering constructability, positive guest impact, operational value and short-term and long-term costs.
Coordinate with consultant teams to maintain terms of contract
Provide and demand the highest standard of work on all aspects of the position, company and development.
Mentor junior team members
Ensure work is clearly authorized and proper procedures are followed.
Provide written project updates to upper management as required.
Has sufficient design experience to take on a range of projects in a design lead role under the guidance of the Director &
Associate Director.
Prepare and implement an interior design review checklist.
Lead the coordination for interior design drawings with all other disciplines. produce MoM and follow up with stakeholders
