The Senior Interior Architect will be producing architectural working drawings and preparing project designs/plans. They are currently seeking a Senior Interior Architect who will be able to join their efforts to expand their portfolio initially throughout KSA, and eventually the Middle East.DescriptionResponsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects and construction documents Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans Meeting with client to discuss expectations for the project and determining needs and requirementsComplying with Saudi building regulations and all relevant safety standardsWorking with the internal Design team, as well as contractors and suppliers Visiting sites and assisting in construction supervision Drafting plans to create or refinish spaces in high end residential and commercial buildingsProfileBachelor degree in Architecture or similar field Masters degree in Interior Design or Architecture is an advantage Total of 10 years experience in companies specialized in high end residential and commercial projectsJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing, and transport allowances.
