The relevant types of projects being designed and constructed in Qiddiya include:??????????Telecommunication services, 4G and LTE??????????Fiber Optic and Network Implementation??????????Smart City Solutions??????????Electronic Security systems??????????Audio Visual Systems??????????Data/Wireless Network Topologies Infrastructure Requirements (Hardware / Software)??????????Data Center and telecommunications facilities? Ensure overall construction activities performed in accordance with best industry standards, international codes, planned timelines, set budget, and company strategies/goals.? Prepare and effectively manage ICT & Security projects budgets, as well as administer procurement process for smooth flow of overall operations.? Provide an oversight of Infrastructure and building design, procurement and construction for all assigned projects.? Serve as the Qiddiya point-of-contact for resolution of Infra/ related issues.? Work with the Design teams to ensure Infra/ design coordination, adequacy, efficiency and constructability.? Assess and review resource reports, including manpower histograms and plant/machinery schedules to develop resources adequacy deployed for timely completion of project.? Maintain interface with the Qiddiya Resort-wide Infrastructure Development Team and help establish interface points and milestones.? Deliver strategic guidance to estimation team in negotiating and successfully winning projects bids, resulting in enhancing overall business growth.? Manage the notifications to the contractor(s) for managing Infra/ quality, such as NCR?s.?? Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with contractors and consultants.? Assist Project Control Group with project close-out processes and documentation? Assist and coordinate with the ? Construction Manager Theme Park ? Parks and Attractions? for the close coordination of design and installation of external infrastructure works for the theme park.
