Job Description

Senior Human Resources ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for a Saudi National to join our Riyadh office as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. This role will be part of our Regional Human Resources Division. The purpose of this role is to support the Middle East HR team with meeting our functional and regional HR goals and objectives and provide the business with a strong and reliable business partnership experience daily. This role is based in the Riyadh office and will be the main point of contact for all KSA employee queries and requests. This role will also work closely and collaboratively with the Middle East Dubai team to ensure all HR processes, procedures and activities are mirrored in both locations for a unified practice. Working towards ensuring an efficient HR function for our growing ME region with special emphasis on our KSA needs. Looking at opportunities to provide excellent HR services and support bridging HR processes, policies, and procedures as part of the Middle East practice.   • Develop relationships with, and working alongside, managers and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the HR practices with the business strategies
  • Maintain and regularly audit KSA Employee records and data
  • Support KSA based employees with all My CPO inquiries
  • Support KSA based employees with all L&D inquiries
  • Attend to general employee inquiries and raise requests with Shared Services and IT when needed to support with employee needs and drive solutions
  • Manage the KSA Government Relations Advisor and our visa partners on all employee related inquiries, transactions, and processes.
  • Ensure on-boarding and off-boarding formalities are aligned to internal frameworks as well and local legislation regarding visas and other legal requirements
  • Work closely with the HR Middle East team on the Culture Survey results to support with driving action, events and follow through to help drive with employee engagement
  • Keep up to date on all KSA labour law, ministry updates and other authority announcements
  • Collaborate with the ME Dubai HR team to ensure all HR practices, challenges, opportunities, and ideas are discussed and a positive bond is maintained within the team
  • Support with any HR ad-hoc tasks and processes in KSA as directed

  • Produce and review reports, documents, and presentations as requested, to an excellent standard with a high level of accuracy and in a timely manner.

  • Uses and applies the appropriate knowledge and understanding of their specialism for level of experience. Knows how to use the internal knowledge networks such as Yammer, Teams etc. and is comfortable searching out information.
Key Skills
  • IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Confident, proactive, and resilient character, with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations
  • Strong eye on detail, accurate and ability to solve problems, think on your feet and present solutions
  • Organised and strong ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of KSA national laws and regulations
