Job Purpose:˙This position is responsible for assisting in implementation of HR policies and procedures and providing supportto e various human resource functions, which include HR Operations, talent acquisition and performancemanagement.FUNCTIONAL & OPERATIONAL :˙1. Manage HR communication channel by receiving all types of requests related to HR and finalizingwithin the agreed time frame.2. Support HR Operations team to provide a positive employee experience:? Manage employees attendance, by receiving all inquiries includes (modifications, changingbranches, acquiring technical support, overtime queries, etc.) monitoring employees attendancedaily basis.? Manage all vacation, medical insurance, employees letters inquiries.? Investigate staff violations and grievances cases.? Conduct exit interview.3. Support Performance Management team in:? Setting performance awareness sessions for new employees.? Following up with the business to ensure the full compliance with performance managementcycle.4. Support Talent Acquisition team to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used tohire new employees, Main Activities:? Schedule and organize interviews.? Participate in applicant interviews˙
