Job Description

One of the region?s leading F&B organisation is recruiting for a?Saudi National?Senior HR Generalist for their Riyadh office, reporting to the GM in Saudi and the regional HR Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the full HR requirement in KSA Managing a small team.Duties:

  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • 500 employee headcount
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
