Allied Engineering ServicesOur Main Divisions: ? alfanar electric ? alfanar Construction ? alfanar Building SystemsJob PurposeThis Position exists to useanalytical mindsetalong with thetechnicalskillsinreport & dashboard designtoimplement performance management frameworkand interpretbusiness operational and financialdata, then relating it to potential business trends and issuesandusing insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries tomanagementefficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational planand development.Functional ResponsibilitiesSupport unit managers in design and development of needed performance management reports and dashboards Support business KPIs development and monitoringIdentification and development of KPIs:Identify and select needed business performance indicatorsDesign KPI card and offline simulationDevelop all relevant KPIs details like Targets, baseline, frequency, etc through research, studies and benchmarkingCollect KPIs Data:KPIs data collection and ensure data qualityMonitor and analyze overall & functional performance, identify performance gaps and develop corporate performance Presenting and Analyzing Data:Data visualization, analysis & dashboards developmentPreparation of ORMs & SRMs contentsReporting and Decision Making:Monitoring & analysis of reports and provide notification to management as per indicators resultsReview & update:Regular review/update for KPIs & targets catalog and recommend new KPIs as per the situationParticipate in developing business performance management frameworkGeneral ResponsibilitiesDelivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy & procedures and work instructions.Health & Safety:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.QualificationBachelor in Business Administration or Information Mgmt.
