Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar?s facilities.The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.Job PurposeThis position exists to performmarketing & event managementactivities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Functional Responsibilities? Perform planning, design & executing of corporate events including trade show, company outings, seminars, conferences?? Perform branding on events site effectively? Integrate elements of the projects to be implemented within time limits and on budget? Set up the quality standards and the deliverables from service providers? Generate new ideas for events as per business objectives? Manage all areas of events from pre-planning, through event day and post event activities? Providing clear, well-written periodic reports to stakeholders? Perform planning, development, design & follow up for gift items availability? Distribute gifts to sales channels as per business plan periodically? Providing clear, well-written periodic reports of gift items to stakeholders? Seek new ideas for gift items matching our business activitiesGeneral ResponsibilitiesHR Proficiency:
