Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer with significant experience in site supervision for construction consultancy projects, including universities, hotels, residential buildings, and office complexes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site supervision and technical support for electrical construction activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are executed according to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, such as civil, mechanical, and architectural, to ensure integration and coordination of electrical works with overall project requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and conflicts related to electrical design and construction activities, and provide timely solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming activities.
  • Conduct site meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to discuss project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical construction works in Saudi Arabia.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers and site staff, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to enhance their skills and performance.
