  • Ensured design compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.
  • Led project scheduling and budgeting to successfully complete engineering projects within target parameters.
  • Managed relationships with key clients and partners to drive profits and successfully deliver projects.
  • Provided technical direction to engineers, designers and technicians across multiple high-value projects and initiatives.
  • Secured new contracts by developing innovative designs and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Analyzed costs, estimates, and feasibility studies for projects.
  • Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports effectively.
  • Kept projects on schedule and within budget while serving as project leader
  • Provided technical guidance, peer review and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Created Bills of Materials and relevant certifications, maintaining clear, accurate records.
  • Collaborated with on-site directors, operations managers, and supervisors for improved engineering project efficiency.
  • Regularly reviewed goals and objectives with project management and design teams, facilitating continued project progress.
  • Responsible to supervise execution of the electrical work within allotted time, productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings
  • Plan a systematic design outline for effective working and performance of electrical systems and machines.
  • Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
  • Formulating data-driven documents to suggest possible electrical engineering research and projects.
