Develop reporting system and its relevant policies, processes, procedures, coordination, enable the programs and review RE Programs management reporting templates.
Review programs reports and prepare a consolidated report.
Generate the executive report.

Strategic Contribution:

Guide and improve the Project Control teams (Client, Dev?co and Consultant) in order to provide world class project management to the Client.
Bring to the Client and other teams together in a series of workshop to further develop the master Reporting/Dashboard and ensuring everyone is in agreement on how the program will be delivered.
Continually evolve the organization to support the needs of the corporation.
Participate in Corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service, efficiency, and profitability.
