We are looking for a creative and dynamic Design Lead UI/UX, who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will shape the modern visual design of our on-going project through a world-class product focused on quality, customer and ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimised for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. You willcollaborate with a cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure our product is consistent and appealing. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive andcreative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. Come and be part of a growth team.Key Responsibilities: Brainstorming feature ideas. Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences Facilitate the product owner s vision by researching, conceiving, building wireframes, sketching, prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products Experience in User Journey Map and User sentiment Very good in design thinking process Ability to create simple wireframes (Hi-fidelity screens), translating to Low fidelity screens Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock- ups optimised for wide range of devices and interfaces Identifying opportunities / changing the interface to make users lives easier Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets Developing and conceptualising a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, forms, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages Collaborate closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and other experts across the business Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour Defining and adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
