Create execution plans for projects, see them through to completion
Oversee work of the design team
Produce scheme design packages independently
Oversee and manage outsourcing of work (visuals, drafting etc)
Liaise with multiple sub consultants across various projects (, lighting, AV/IT etc)
Review packages
Create tender reports
Undertake site inspections
Complete project close out details, documentation and storage of records
Resolve technical issues independently
Assist with bid information and competitions
Well versed with local regulations and international best practice standards. Keen understanding of building codes and inspection regulations, as well as universal accessibility standards
Stay up to date with changing trends in the marketplace
