Job Description

A leading architecture firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing all aspects of the design process, from concept development to construction documentation. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design team in developing innovative and functional architectural designs
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
  3. Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
  4. Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure the integration of all building systems
  5. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including 3D visualizations and virtual reality experiences
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that deadlines and budgets are met
  7. Review and approve construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and material selections
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design staff
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and technology
  10. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
