Design and develop enterprise and departmental business intelligence and data warehousing solutions from ground up.
Lead and build a cloud-based Data Warehousing and BI platform using tools in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, and other ETL tools.
Collaborate with business leads, application owners, end-users and third-party contacts to design, implement and test data warehouse applications in a phased manner.
Create and own an enterprise data dictionary in collaboration with all business units that defines all data elements that can be used consistently across the entire organization.
Design and implement ETL processes in a distributed SaaS-based application architecture.
Develop and perform unit, system, performance, and regression testing on ETL mappings.
Create a governance model that would ensure certification of reports going through a life cycle of testing to production.
Follow best practices, coding standards, and create an enterprise framework for Data Warehouse and BI platform that can be scaled with Business growth.
Ensure effective communication of user requirements.
Track and report on project risks, progress, issues, and milestones; provide status reports to management, project teams, and other project stakeholders.
