Experience Required Must have experience in the following: 1. Must have experience working on Enterprise, Cloud, Colocation/MTDC and/or HyperScale Data Centers with strong DC market and trends insight2. Performing and preparing Site Selection Study including detailed Risk Assessment, Flood Risk Modelling and Mitigation Strategy for the Data Center location3. Ability to perform total DCF Health Check and Operational Gap Analysis with roadmap for improvements4. Good understanding of Site Power Protection Study, Energy Audits, CFD Analysis, Site Capacity Analysis, and Geotechnical Surveys5. Ability to prepare ?Turnkey? Conceptual design for complete DCF (including sizing, dimensions and specifications selection) for site layout, floor layout, racks layout, power SLD and cooling SLD6. Ability to prepare budgetary pricing detailed breakdown for the ?Turnkey? DCF including Civil Works, Works, ELV and Passive Network7. Ability to prepare budgetary pricing detailed breakdown for Total Facilities Management Program for a Data Center including manpower, services and offices requirements8. Must have knowledge of Central Offices, Control Centers (ergonomic design) and Commercial Buildings9. Knowledge of MV, RMUs, TRF, Genset, ATS, UPS, Rectifiers, Busway, Pathways, PDUs, Earthing, CHW, DX, IEC, FAHU, Fire Protection, Thermal/Fuel/Spetic Tanks, Pumps, Manholes/Handholes and Ductbank 10. Knowledge of Structured Cabling, Pre-Terminated Cabling, Racks, Fiber Guide, Aisle Containment, Campus Network, DC Network, Rack Elevations, Rack Connectivity, DCiM, BMS, Physical Security, IP Telephony, Wifi, PA, Fire Alarm, VESDA and Video Wall11. Extensive Presales experience to ?right? size and price any DCF opportunity or client requirements12. Ability to write Technical documentations including RFP, SOW, PTS, Proposals, Design Criteria, Assessment Reports, and Facilities Management Documents13. Experience in Data Center planning and forecasting IT/Telecom requirements to Facility footprint14. Ability to prepare detailed IFC Construction Drawings in either Electrical or Mechanical or ELV systems15. Experience in working with AE firm in preparing IFC Construction Design package and cross discipline knowledge of Architectural, Civil, Interior, and ELV Systems16. Must have proven experience in Uptime Institute design and constructed facility certified Data Center projects17. Knowledge of DCF certifications like TCDD, TCCF, TCOS, DCDV, DCCC18. Strong knowledge of Tier Classifications and differentiation between UTI, TIA, BICSI and TUViT rating systems19. Strong knowledge of UTI, TIA, BICSI, TUV, LEED, NFPA, ASHRAE, EN, NEBS, HCIS standards related to DCF20. Strong awareness about Data Center Sustainability practices, DRUPs, Renewables, Adiabatic Cooling, Energy Savings and Modular Deployments21. Knowledge and interest in LEED BD+C, ASHRAE HBDP and Certified Energy Manager certifications22. Extensive Construction Supervision experience in temporary works, auditing installations, inspection reports, preparing test scripts, commissioning reports, construction snags list, and performing quality assurance,23. Experience in preparing RACI, PIP, Overall Drawings list and Project Delivery Model24. Should have experience in coordination with Utilities/Municipalities approvals for Construction25. Should have experience in White Space and Total Facilities Management including Rack Deployment Guidelines, Decommissioning, SLA, BCP/BCM, Capacity Management, DCiM, TCOS, Operations Runbook, Spares Parts, Resource Plan, BCP/BCM and Preventive/Protective/Corrective Maintenance PlansQualifications Required 1. Must be a licensed design engineer (or a PE) in either Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Telecommunications Engineering 2. Must hold Data Center relevant design consultant and operations certifications from Uptime Institute, Bicsi, CNet or EPI 3. Strong presentation and proposal writing skills 4. Must have proficiency in English language 5. Must have technical presales skills 6. AutoCAD skills are a must and Revit/BIM skills will be a plus 7. Negotiations and Project Management skills will be a plus 8. Arabic speaking skill will be a plus 9. Local experience in Saudi Arabia market will be a plus
