Sr. Data Center engineer for managing a large Enterprise Data Network 24x7 support
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is mandatory with CCIE DC or R&S
5+ years of Data Center Engineer industry experience in a similar environment
Provide Design & Technical Support for Large Enterprise Data Centre infrastructure.
Provide Architectural consultation and advice to Client with regards to their current infrastructure, new purchases, and deployments.
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of Cisco APIC / ACI Technology, troubleshooting, operations, and Maintenance of the ACI Data Centers which involves both Spine & Leaf nodes.
Member of CAB team for reviews of documents (HLD, LLD, NIP) related to new projects and migrations.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated severity 1,2 and 3 cases.
Validate Technical design documentation (HLD/LLD/NIP) from planning and projects for complex Backbone changes and ensure smooth deployment of these changes on the core and access IP infrastructure.
Prepare NIP documents for complex changes in the network infrastructure.
Interact with the customer, vendor, and internal business units for escalated cases.
Supervise critical network changes, POP rollouts, new service integration, and implement different backbone and customer-related IP solutions.
Supervise Network Optimization changes in the network including Vendor?s best practices rollouts, Syslog and security audit e.tc.
Evaluate PSIRT and Field Notices on the infrastructure devices and takes necessary action for mitigation.
Coordinate with vendors TAC and professional services for maintaining network stability.
Mentored L1 and other engineers on new technologies, troubleshooting techniques, building SOPs/ MOPs, etc.
Engaged in all the control tests and LIVE DR to ensure the readiness of the DR and achieve the business continuity goals.
Conduct and report Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all network infrastructures.
Maintain the backup for all network/endpoint security infrastructures as per Information Security Policy Manual.
Integrate all network components infrastructure with the required network resources, systems, and NMS tools.
Patching all network infrastructures based on the approved criteria.
Manage and Maintaining DNS, DHCP for all Al Rajhi Services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience in automation, including shell scripting or programming languages, including Python, Perl, or Shell
