Job Description

IXTEL Technologies is looking for a Senior Credit Lending & Risk Analyst.An ideal candidate should have deep know-how of Corporate Banking concepts and Loan processes & operations (including Loan Origination, Loan Service/Management, Credit Policy rules, Credit Administration & Operations, Credit Scoring)EXPERIENCE

  1. Implemented multiple large-scale Credit Assessment & Loan Origination System solutions in the last 7+ years and hands-on experience in managing complex business requirements.
  2. Good understanding of Corporate Banking Operations and Functions
  3. Knowledge in business analysis methodologies and has awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments
  4. Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge
  5. Proven ability in assuring project meets quality standards by providing guidance and developing procedures relating to product quality
  6. Hands-on Experience in Corporate Internet and Mobile Banking
  7. Applications is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Engage with business users to define scope, understand business processes, problem statements and pain areas
  2. Identify key stakeholders and construct stakeholder analysis i.e. how they are affected
  3. Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches
  4. Participate in client requirement workshops and identify gaps together with high level proposals for their resolution (e.g. development workarounds or change in processes). Ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.
  5. Analyze user business requirements, liaise with users / project teams and prepare business process documents like BRDs, User Stories.
  6. Discussion Logs, Workflows etc. Be involved actively in the process till the sign-off is not obtained from the client.
  7. Participate in Solution design with the Design and Development team to ensure requirements are duly addressed. Ensure Requirement
  8. Traceability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage.
  9. Make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness, reduce cost and provide a better customer experience
  10. Conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions
  11. Participate in final User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain
  12. Assist in the production of various collaterals such as User Guide, SOP Documents, process flows etc.
QUALIFICATION:Bachelors degree
