SummaryResponsible for evaluation of children up to age 13 years with developmental cognitive, psychiatric, social and behavioural disorders. Counselling of the family and patient based on the neuropsychological evaluation.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Provides high quality patient evaluation and care in this area of MentalHealth.2. Responsible for issuing a report after patient evaluated with suggested placement, educational, behavioural and rehabilitation recommendations.3. Provides consultation services as required.4. Performs intracarotid amytal (WADA) test on selected patients prior to epilepsy surgery.5. Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.6- Participates in research activities, training and teaching of residents and fellows in his/her area of expertise and in the educational activity of the Department of Mental Health.7- Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.8- Participates in self and others education, training and development as applicable.EducationPhD,in Clinical Psychology is required.Experience RequiredNine (9) years with PhD, in speciality, sub-speciality and post graduate training experience is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Current registration from country of origin in Clinical Psychologist and Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCFHS) license is required.
