Monitor and assess the progress of structural works during construction, collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Liaise with structural service authorities and other relevant bodies to facilitate necessary approvals and ensure compliance with structural regulations.
Certify interim and final payments related to structural works, collaborating with the project team and Quantity Surveyor.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to structural installations.
Prepare regular reports on the status of structural works for project management and stakeholders.
