Job Description

We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

  1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion. Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes to formulate effective business development strategies.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging trends. Analyze market data, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine business development initiatives and identify target markets.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with existing clients.
  4. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients. Convert leads into new business contracts and achieve sales targets.
