Channel the power of YOU as the next Full-Time, Senior Business Consultant at CSG.Who will love this job*A hybrid? you excel when you can choose your work style - remote, in-office, or a combination of both*A strategist? you have a consulting mindset that allows others to contribute and work toward a shared vision*A collaborator? you love to work on projects that have functional workflows*A producer? youre comfortable quickly switching context and adapting*An empath? you know how to connect and communicate with different audiences worldwideWhat youll do* You will report to the Director Project Services to contribute towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, transforming and streamlining their operational and business processes.* Youll assume overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches clients needs, having specific ownership on the end to end functional and solution requirements aspect of the CSG solution component(s), which may include 3rd party elements.* Youll assume the responsibility for the end-to-end business process architecture, integration points to upstream and downstream systems, safeguarding a holistic view across the enterprise applications and processes* Youll support the customer in their readiness and preparation for scoping and definition workshops to guarantee an organized agenda and that key stakeholders are defined and present* Engage with the customer to understand their needs, and gather, analyse and document requirements, using best practice tools and processes, including the value of what is being delivered.* Youll obtain sign off of the business requirements from the customer, including playback and feedback with the customer, and subsequent approval.* Deliver feedback to the CSG business including feedback to Technology & Product teams to ensure that future releases of the products meet the ongoing needs of our client/business; and feedback to Delivery Excellence & Best Practices teams on areas for continuous improvement.You should haveResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often dont apply for roles if they dont meet all the criteria ? unlike majority candidates meeting fewer requirements. Channel the power of YOU andapplyto discover if were a match. * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience* 7years of experience as a business/software consultant in the telecommunications or other relevant industry.* Experience operating at the end-to-end level taking responsibility for the full E2E solution requirements.* 5+ years of experience in business consulting with multiple clients in telecoms (fixed and mobile), cable and media industry delivering software solutions for Business Support Systems.* Knowledge of industry trends from marketing to commercial and operations that are being adopted to lead new ways of client engagement and revenue models. Understanding of the drivers of change affecting these industries in competing for similar customer sets.* Experience with an integrated BSS solution demonstrating knowledge of and experience with several products within the portfolio.* Experience consulting with clients to draw out needs associated with company strategy and recommend solutions.
