Senior Business AnalystRiyadh, Saudi Arabia?20,000 SARPURPOSE OF JOB:?Senior Business Analyst will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product?s features.?REPORTING TO: PRODUCT MANAGER OR EQUIVALENT?KEY WORK:?

  • Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs?
  • Clearly articulates and documents business requirements, business processes, business model & screens mock-ups (wireframes)?
  • Conducting & writing Agile User Stories?
  • Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands?
  • Technical Recommendation and Testing?
  • Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT?
  • Manage project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines. 8. Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution inter dependencies?
  • Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems?
  • Conducting product continuous improvement?
  • Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues?
  • Negotiates contracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLAs?
  • Mentor, groom and guide business analyst team members
