We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Senior Associate in Hong Kong. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support through exposure to working with lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed and urgent situations. Apply now to joinOne team, One Kroll.Responsibilities:* Supporting high-profile receivership, insolvency, restructuring and advisory assignments in the real estate and construction sectors involving complex cross-border matters;* Assisting with valuation and accounting investigation for real estate and construction restructuring, insolvency and advisory work, management of investment properties and property development businesses, development of complex financial models, development appraisals and scenario analyses;* Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;* Drafting professional correspondence and sections of highly technical and detailed reports for courts, borrowers, lenders, investors and stakeholders;* Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines; and* Be willing to travel as required for work assignmentsRequirements:* Bachelor?s degree or higher in a relevant field; * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in auditing for the Real Estate and Construction industries or from Financial Services serving Real Estate and Construction Industries * Candidates coming directly from Real Estate and Construction background without Financial Services background will also be considered * Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude; * Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems; * Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and * Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com.Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.#LI-JL1 #efin
