Job Description

Job Purpose:As Senior Application specialist, you will use your experience and knowledge to work closely with the HRIS on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll) systems to build and enhance the solution as per the requirements. You will build new legal entities and support the existing solutions/environment as well.Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & payroll.
  • Support SF EC/ECP operations, build organization structure, build job structure, build pay structure, build enterprise structure, create event reasons, create workflows, create new time types, create work schedules/holiday calendars/time profile, create benefits and claim, and create new document types.
  • Develop document functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts and test results.
  • Evaluate & monitor the changes/enhancements.
  • Monitor, control, and maintain accurate records of risks/issues.
  • Handle the communication with the business and develop test scenarios and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Train the users and develop training manuals.
  • Manage the Employee Central Data Migration. Define Data Migration plan and strategy.
