Job Description

Job Purpose:Responsible for collecting data from the client with a clear understanding of the project scope and the clients needs. Supporting client management activities and briefing.??˙Roles and Responsibilities˙:

  • Study the clients industry to become familiar with the clients business.˙
  • collect the client data like business and requirements.˙
  • Participate in project team discussions and brainstorming addressing challenges and recommendations.˙
  • Benchmark and understand the job requirements according to portfolio and market.˙
  • Write meeting minutes and get approval from the project manager.˙
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and supporting project reports.˙
  • Visit and work at client locations as needed for project-related activities.˙
  • Attend and observe the client?s meetings with the project seniors.˙
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and briefings.
