Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst for our Human Resources team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing a range of HR data and identifying trends and insights that can inform business strategies. You will be a key liaison between the HR team and other departments, providing important insights and recommendations that will help drive the company?s overall success. The successful candidate will have a passion for data and analytics and be able to work collaboratively with other stakeholders to achieve common goals.Responsibilities

  • Conduct analyses of HR data, including hiring trends, employee retention rates, and compensation data
  • Work closely with the HR team and other departments to identify key metrics and KPIs that will inform HR strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress against HR goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of HR data
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to collect and analyze data as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HR analytics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs as needed
