Recording of Financial Transactions: Record all day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, Fixed assets, inventory, bank transactions and the like. Ensure data is checked for accuracy, and all related documents are properly filed and documented.
Financial Planning and Analysis:˙Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organizations financial activities to support its strategic goals.
Financial Reporting:˙Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics, to provide a clear picture of the organizations financial performance to management and stakeholders.
Treasury Management:˙Manage cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and financial obligations. Optimize cash flow through effective accounts receivable and accounts payable management, and timely reporting of cashflow.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Tax declaration: Declaration of VAT and Income Taxes as per the country Laws.
Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and report to Financial Controller accordingly.
Banking Expertise: Issuance of LC, Tender Bonds, Performance Bonds, online banking, Bank transfers, Banks facilities request.
