DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced SOC Team Lead to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a SOC Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.Responsibilities:? Managing and providing effective leadership to the SOC team.? Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.? Managing day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring the timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.? Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the SOCs capabilities.? Leading incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate and remediate security incidents.? Developing and maintaining incident response plans and playbooks.? Monitoring and analyzing security alerts, responding to and investigating incidents as needed.? Conducting post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.? Collaborating with cross-functional teams.? Communicating effectively with executive leadership and other stakeholders on cybersecurity matters.? Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in SOC and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR).
