Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Global Technology company in Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Security Operation Center Manager/SOC Manager who will supervise the security team, provide technical guidance, and manage financial activities- Managing the Security Operations and team of security operational staff members- Responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence- Responsible for incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring- The SOC manager oversees the activity of the SOC team, including hiring, training, and assessing staff.- Supervise the security team, provide technical guidance, and manage financial activities.- Additional responsibilities include creating processes, assessing incident reports, and developing and implementing crisis communication plans.- Create compliance reports, support the audit process, measure SOC performance metrics, and report on security operations to business leaders.- Responsible for overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations Center- Responsible for the daily management, administration & maintenance of security devices to achieve operational effectiveness- Ensuring threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoringRequirements- 5+ years of experience in Security Leadership- Excellent operational rigor with extensive real-world experience in ITIL methodologies and frameworks for IT operations- Great educational background, preferably Masters of Science/PMP- Experience in designing, implementing and measuring relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.- Create shift schedules to ensure 24x7 coverage by support personnel- Extensive understanding of modern security concepts and how to apply them.- Experience in managing and maintaining relationships between vendors, and Internal/external customers- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- ITIL, CISSP, CISM certification?BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
