Job Description

?˙Lead the Security Intelligence Centre managed services team and oversee the activities, ensuring quality services

  • Provide technical guidance, deliver on SIC contractual commitments, and execute the enhancement initiatives
  • Create processes, assess incident reports, develop / implement crisis communication plans and also responsible for hiring, training, and assessing staff
  • Create compliance reports, support the audit process, measure SOC performance metrics, and report on security operations to business leaders.
  • Design, implement, and measure relevant security and technology management critical success factors, key performance indicators, and metrics.
