Job Description

Brief Role: Responsible to provide sales, marketing and operational support to GM sales & managers regarding customer sales services. Liaise with customers on a daily basis maintaining a professional manner at all times. Developing excellent client relationships. Contribute to the day-to-day sales activities including order processing, quotation & tenders, product inquiries, shipping, etc. Coordinate all exhibitions, conferences, customers? visits and training workshops. Daily / monthly / yearly reports.Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and match them with applicable company products.
  • Analyze and present data relating to competitors, products, sales and assist in the preparation of business reports, contracts and presentations.
  • Implement and monitor customers? segmentation & Service level adjustment by assisting the sales manager.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure that customers requirements with services expectations are met.
  • Coordinate activities of internal and external delivery resources to ensure efficient transportation of company assets.
  • Assist the sales management in Coordination, development and execution of key account strategy on all sales level.
  • Assist GM sales with sales reports for setting the Sales plan and controlling the advertisement ads for export purpose.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly report containing sales figures, marginal contributions to sales GM.
  • Assist the sales manager by providing the useful data got from customers for using in budgeting.
  • Get the feedback from customers regarding Product quality to use in periodic reports.
  • All other duties as assigned by sales management.
