Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding / Formwork Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Scaffolding / Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of scaffolding and formwork structures on our projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding and formwork structures on construction sites.
  2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in scaffolding and formwork construction.
  3. Inspect scaffolding and formwork structures to identify any defects or issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
  4. Coordinate with the project team to schedule and prioritize scaffolding and formwork activities.
  5. Train and mentor scaffolding and formwork workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  6. Monitor and control the inventory of scaffolding and formwork materials and equipment.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to scaffolding and formwork activities.
  8. Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
