Job Description

The Saudization Recruitment Specialist (SRS) is responsible for managing Alshaya Enterprises Saudization recruitment requirements. The position will liaise between the HR department, Business Units and shared service departments to identify hiring requirements and define candidate profiles to match with roles.The position will also liaise with external parties as appropriate (external recruiters, government agencies, educational establishments etc.) in order to identify the right candidates to shortlist for open positions.The person will create a shortlist of candidates through a process of selective search criteria, cv review and initial interviews. Provide clear communication through the hiring process up to joining date and ensure company/department readiness for new joinersPrincipal Accountabilities:

  • ?Searching and recruiting of high caliber Saudi nationals.
  • ?In conjunction with Business Units confirm or develop job descriptions for open positions
  • ?Define skills and competencies required for open positions
  • ?Working in conjunction with HR and Business Units, establish appropriate salary packages for positions to be filled.
  • ?Drive the recruitment process including initial screening, selection, interview through to offer and acceptance.
  • ?Support the development of career path planning for discussion during the recruitment process.
  • ?Be part of the steering group which will develop and implement a Saudization strategy for the company
  • ?Local hiring through career fairs at universities, direct recruitment and social networking
  • ?Manage relationship with HRDF
  • ?Create networks with educational establishments for the identification and hiring of Saudi national graduates
  • ?Support the onboarding process for newly recruited Saudi nationals.?
