Job Description

?To coordinate and handle Trade Finance and Loan operations for Riyadh branch across full Product processing suite including Import/Export/Collection/Guarantee/Financing and Loan Processing on behalf of local Saudi client/ FIs. To provide first line client support ensuring that all client service issues are dealt with promptly. The incumbent of this role will interact with Client in line with Service Level plans and to contribute to review of service deliverables for potential clients. The incumbent is required to focus upon transactions and to be able to move to other disciplines as and when required.Principal responsibilities:

  • Trade Finance Responsibilities:-? To manage different components of workload, client services and other internal and external reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls.? To investigate, analyze and resolve customer enquiries/requirements.? To participate in other initiatives within Trade and Branch Operations to support business strategy and objectives.? Monitoring of transactions to ensure it is completed.? To ensure processing of any transaction as determined by workload, client base or hub routing.? To adhere to all established work and escalation processes.? To work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies to be implemented on the unit.? To oversee the trade accounts reconciliation process and take appropriate action on ageing items.? To escalate all exceptional processes and maintain their audit trials for record purposes
  • Loan Ops Responsibilities:-
  • Commodity Murabaha processing on behalf of Saudi and international locations
  • Loans Processing for Corporate clients.
  • Account Services - Opening / Closing / Amending accounts and performing billing and statement processing on behalf of the Transaction services business.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly metrics
  • Ensure all processes adhere to JP Morgan control standards
QualificationsKnowledge and skill requirements:Minimum 1 years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations together with up to date knowledge of current market practice and regulatory issues.Also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic) in to communicate transactional information and to resolve queries with both internal and external clients together with an ability to understand the clients business environment to predict client needs and to provide appropriate solutions.J.P.
