Job Description

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

  • Individually manage SAS application platforms.
  • Up-keep the health of the platform via constant monitoring (manual as well as automated).
  • Take corrective actions on alerts sourced from monitoring systems
  • Perform RCA on issues encountered and strive for a permanent fix in production platform.
  • Perform code deployments to production environment.
  • Applying any product specific fixes/patches released from SAS on need basis.
  • Open Tickets with SAS Support in case of any product related issues and track it to closure in co-ordination with design team.
  • Work in close co-ordination with OS admin to update the environment with latest level patches and fixes
  • Open RFC?s (required as part of the change management process) for any changes to be performed on production environment.
