Assist in the implementation planning, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors (including any best practice around COE design).
Configuration experience across the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Performance and Goals, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment Management, learning management system, Onborading and ˙Compensation Management
Identify, translate and document requirements based on Architectural leading practices and create detailed functional solution architecture design documents
Identify the appropriate solution portfolio and work with others to design end-to-end holistic solutions, including functional and technical integration points
Work collaboratively with project teams to review and adjust project plans considering customer specific situations
Drive the definition of standards during change request workshops.
