Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP environment, including system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Implement and maintain SAP security policies, user roles, and authorizations to ensure data protection and compliance.
Perform SAP Basis tasks such as system installations, upgrades, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
Monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
Provide support for HCM Payroll and SF ECP, ensuring seamless payroll processing and integration with other HR systems.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align SAP systems with business requirements and best practices.
Conduct regular system audits and participate in compliance reviews to maintain system integrity.
Support SAP system migrations, upgrades, and other projects as required.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP security and related systems.
