Job Description

Overview The primary responsibility of the?SAP Ariba B&I Consultant?is to enhance the SAP Ariba customer experience by maintaining ownership and accountability for a specific functional area or areas of the SAP Ariba applications suite. The SAP Ariba B& I Lead Consultant must use this skill set to engage in critical customer situations, make key product decisions by developing a strong partnership with Solution Ariba team, New releases and multiply experience/knowledge across the entire Customer Support organization.The ARIBA B & I (P2P) Consultant is expected to perform, design, implement and deploy SAP ARIBA On-Demand solutions, Downstream (Procure to Pay, Invoicing, ARIBA Procurement Content, etc.)Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Drive requirement gathering and design workshops with Client SME?s.
  • Experience in integration of ARIBA P2X with various ERP systems through Web Service / File Based Integration
  • Experience in setting up Buying Channels for Client/Customer
  • Experience of Guided Buying, Setup personalization through JSON, Setting up Policies
  • Administration experience of Ariba Network
  • Experience in Approval flow set up
  • Experience in Custom forms
  • Experience in Catalogs import process
  • Experience in SAP / Non-SAP ERP integrations
  • Experience in External Tax solutions integration is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in ICS process added advantage
  • Knowledge of Guided Buying Tactical Sourcing
  • Spot Buying and P Card Charge Reconciliation set up knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge on CIG and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) is an added advantage
  • Experience in setting up commodity. UoM, Currency and Translations
  • Combine Buying and Invoicing Process (P2P) expertise with knowledge of ARIBA applications to articulate and present to clients.
  • Perform and Lead teams in translating client requirements into to-be designs that leverage the best practices embedded with in ARIBA applications. Participate / Lead the configuration, testing and deployment of ARIBA solutions.
  • Experience in legacy data Migration
  • Seamlessly coordinate and work with onsite and offshore project team
