Job Description

A Sales & Ticketing Executive (Male) is needed for our travel agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Booking tickets, reserving hotels, and sending quotations for tours and packages based on the customers request
  2. Promotes and sells tourism and holiday packages
  3. Dealing with customer queries, complaints, and refunds
  4. Develops and maintains relationships with existing travel agents, tour operators, and hotels inside and outside the KSA
  5. Develops new business opportunities and product development ideas to maximize sales by identifying new revenue streams
  6. Achieves the companys marketing objectives by developing marketing opportunities and plans, as well as understanding consumer needs, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to expand the customer base and achieve the revenue targets.
