Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and driven sales team leader to drive the growth of BTC?sMedical Disposables division and lead the performance of the field sales team. In this position, you will play akey role in setting the division?s sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and product mix, while assessing and improving the performance of each sales team member and identifying key areas for improvement.Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales and promotion of BTC?s Medical Disposables division and lead the team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Identify new customer leads and new markets for existing products.
  • Follow up directly and through the team on RFQs, Quotations, Sales orders, Invoices, Delivery, Official Receiving, Payments.
  • Maintain solid relationships with all relevant stakeholders (Purchasing, Nursing Department, OR Department, End Users, etc.).
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating root causes and developing sustainable solutions.
  • Report directly to the Medical Disposables Sales Manager with timely sales reports and action plans, including:
  1. Daily Work Schedule.
  2. Weekly Sales Report.
  3. Weekly Quotation Report.
  4. Weekly New Order Report.
  5. Monthly Sales Report.
  6. Annual Territory Analysis Report.
  7. Competitor Activity Report.
